I have been impregnated with a thought from none other than Coca Cola: Back in the day Coca Cola during its youthful phase of expanding, made agreements to expand. Today even though Coca Cola is who they are in a global market, they still have agreements out there that Coca Cola administers their original agreement with.
Times have changed and they did what is called a buyout of all distributors. All most like today when a company is now doing something else and buys out certain employee’s “severance pay”. A thought about “Severance Pay”: appreciate it and it was fun while it lasted and here is a little sum’n sum’n for your service or help during a time of expansion! There are a few distributors today that did not go with the new flow of Coca Cola. As things have it Coca Cola adheres to their obligations. Sends their syrup that authenticates the taste and so on to those who did not opt in for a severance.

The Motorcycle Gas Agreement is a separate "Partnership" with each Club that wish to participate.
Meaning: LIONELL INC and each said person, group, organization, business, etc. is entering into separate (Independent Contractor) partnerships - This will keep all members separate and keep the legal jargon down to a minimum.
The Basics of the Motorcycle Gas Agreement

- No member may own a casino, brothel or make a add-on that relates to the fore mentioned.

- Every Motorcycle Gas Club is forming an individual business partnership with LIONELL INC.
- All Motorcycle Gas Clubs "Motorcycle Gas Owners" are responsible for drawing up business papers for a Business Agreement as a Partnership with Motorcycle Gas. The individual, entity, etc. and the Partnership Business Papers must be in accordance with Delaware Corporate Law, as it pertains to whomever in whatever state in the United States of America and or other Nation(s)!

are "Owners" of said Motorcycle Gas Clubs only for said reasons:
