Does it meet city and state building codes and so on.
All this learns you your overall start-up cost.

I did a query - How much does it cost to start up a automobile gas station? One MILLION dollars.... It really depends on how big , where, etc. All me has to say is – Not to establish a Motorcycle Gas Station! This turnkey operation base model is anywhere from 225k – 250k or less roughly. Plumbing and hardwiring (electrical) extra cost that needs to be figured in Of course land (location) if you do not already on the location & lastly, fueling up your tank(s) for the first time As for my part during this phase – I am trying to find a way to get a semi upscale convenience store / supermarket – yeah water, milk, oj other juices, sport / soda drinks chosen by the local riders (Motorcycle Gas will always try to support local manufactures when applicable). Our pantry is for purchasing food for Wild Game Chef's and Cook's or Home use. The garden will have seasonal fruits and vegetables, Carnivores section will have meats – only single and couple packaging will be provided. Keep in mnd motorcycles carry two or one person(s). Frozen / Snacks & of course Motorcycle paraphernalia – like oil /electronics / clutch wires / and other various motorcycle & rider related items. This is how I figure stuff into existence – So all left for me to do is find a reputable manufacturer that will supply the refrigeration and freezer units - "Air Conditioners" work wonders in insulated rooms. Never was a fan of national brands keeping locals at bay in the gas stations and grocery stores. Pantry's at every location will contract with local grocerers. Gardens will contract with local farmer markets; Carnivores will contract with a local butchers; Frozen – I’m trying to get Claim Jumper as the distributor – local if possible Paraphernalia – industry standards & local if meets Motorcycle Gas Standards
